Ingredients
- 3 tbsp paprika (smoked paprika preferred)
- 2 tbsp fine kosher salt
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp ground white pepper
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp cayenne
- 1/2 tbsp dried thyme
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Store in an airtight container.
