Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp paprika (smoked paprika preferred)
  • 2 tbsp fine kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp ground white pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp cayenne
  • 1/2 tbsp dried thyme

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Store in an airtight container.
